This is Maurice’s fourth election campaign having topped the poll in Coleraine East on the past two occasions after joining Coleraine Borough Council during a by-election in 1995. Is employed by a local newspaper and is heavily involved in sport, especially junior and youth football. Has always campaigned for better sporting facilities in the Borough and a firm believer that sport is for all.

He believes in stringent planning controls to curb the over development of our priceless landscape. If re-elected Maurice will continue to promote community regeneration through community development and the promotion of traffic calming measures in all our housing estates.
