Margaret McKenzie
Margaret McKenzie is married and has three children, Thomas Sammy and Jennifer. She also has a grandson. She has been deeply involved in community work for many years and is employed in Peter Robinson’s East Belfast Advice Centre. Having lived in East Belfast all her life she knows the area and its problems intimately. She is a member of the Board of Connswater Housing Association and for the past four years has been Secretary of East Belfast Westminster Association of the DUP. As a former Chairperson of the Holywood Arches Patients’ Group she has been actively engaged in caring and support services in the area.
She is a powerful advocate for improving the housing conditions and facilities of the Inner East and is committed to work for equitable funding for unionist areas and jobs for the district.
